In order to make this a possibility, your job as a leader is to foster the right environment so that such input can take place. Even if you THINK you are ready to listen and accept ideas from your employees, are you asking? Are you providing a way for them to voice their opinions? I’d recommend setting up a weekly meeting with the employees and literally asking them for their thoughts.
